A Very Nice Evening

Had a really nice evening to start off the bank holiday with Claire & Alan and 3 bottles of wine were good too. Shan't mention the gin n' tonic to start :)

Chrissi cooked some lovely rare roast beef and some stunning hime made profiter rolls . I cooked some home made bread, 1 with olives and feta, 1 with sun dried tomatoes and one plane to go with olive oil, houmoua, and the green stuff which I have absolutely no chance of spelling, guacamole if you say it phonetically you know what I mean.

Lovely evening for Clair's birthday next week and I hope they have a great holiday on a river cruise in Russia.
