Teddy bears picnic

Whilst heading home via Portsmouth a friend and I decided to pop into Portsmouth Museum. There was an exhibition with over 100 different teddy bears, some dating back to 1850!

It was only when I was presented with so many bears that I realised how much of our childhood contained a "silly old bear" (pooh!), in some shape or form.

From good old pooh bear, to paddington, Rupert, snoopy, sooty, sweep, care bears and so many more....

One thing I didn't learn is why are bears so popular in the growing up of a human being!?
