Really?

I went to our local Moorfields Hospital this afternoon  for a check up on my left eye and to confirm the date for the operation on the other eye.  It was a long wait as there were so many people waiting to be seen. Boredom set in so  I looked around for a photo and saw this mobile charging point.  I’ve never seen one like this before and couldn’t really understand why it was there and how often it is used.  Nobody used it during my long three hour wait !!
