Don’t ask

Felt so much better yesterday afternoon. Followed paramedics’ advice to take paracetamol and Ibuprofen alternately every 2 hours. The minute I lay down, had intermittent upper abdomen pains and hardly slept.

Waited a couple of hours this morning, no better so called 111 who sent the paramedics again.

All the usual heart checks. They reckoned (as I had hoped), it was indigestion probably from the Ibuprofen. if no better to emessage GP tomorrow.

Mr B bought indigestion meds, and feel a little better. Hope I sleep through tonight. This is getting boring.
