The Pacific Coast Highway at Carlsbad was impacted buy the work on its icon sign. It is a good thing they picked a weekday after the tourist season is over otherwise the congestion would have been intense with lanes blocked off both ways. Not sure OSHA would approve of the guy standing on the railing of his man-lift, but it made me think of Mexico where we will be in less than two week's time.
