Pineapple Sage

Yesterday I took photos of wax-eyes sipping nectar in the pineapple sage at The Red Barn. I didn't have the best lens for the job with me at the time so this morning I decided to go back out there with a different lens.

The wax-eyes did momentarily visit, but so did this New Zealand Bellbird (Korimako).
