14.2 degrees in the water and other than getting very cold feet, I loved our jaunt to Canary Wharf for an open water swim. There’s no denying that it’s chilly. It is chilly but still an ok chilly.

Changing on the pavement was more challenging but there’s a feeling of safety in a small crowd … I guess there were 15’ish in the water at any one time and the same number trying to change at any one time :-)

Worked this morning. Walked with friend and blipper around Arnos and had a lovely catch up and also took Cholmeley to a groomer for his first time ever - the old boy needed his toenails clipped.

Elbows is off abroad again in the small hours so some significant hustle and bustle ended the day.
