2022 Monday — Field Trip Day

Today we drove to Arroyo Grande to take care of some business and stopped in Pismo Beach to have one of Giuseppe’s Pizzas at the express cafe which is across the street from Giuseppe’s Ristorante.

Then we took a little side trip to see the Pismo Beach pier. Pismo is a beach city with dozens of businesses: lots of food places, many motels, and people everywhere; it’s a nice place, but very different from Cayucos which does have a pier but it has about one-tenth the businesses that Pismo has.

After our cruise through Pismo, we drove south on Highway #1 to Oceano and that leads to Grover Beach and then we turned inland toward Arroyo Grande. We wanted to stop to see Dave Yatsko at Home Star Construction. We then headed north to stop in San Luis Obispo at Forden’s Fireplace shop, just to look.
