Vegan getaway

I'm going away with girlfriends next week, one of which is vegan, so we all go vegan while she's with us, then on the morning after she leaves we have a fry up... Well that's what happened on our last MOT (Maids on tour), so I've been thinking about my evening menu, which I've decided will be Kisir (I have a large bag of Turkish bulgar wheat that needs using) with stuffed & baked Turk's Turban squash, followed by a Summer pudding with vegan cream.
