Maman

The sun came back out today so Mr P and I decided to have a day out in Bilbao.
Maman the spider is one of my favourite sculptures.
We wandered around the city, stopping off for pintxos (the Basque equivalent of tapas). It was very busy as today is a Spanish National holiday. Quick turnaround once we got back to the flat as we had tickets for a night of Italian opera and Neapolitan songs at the local theatre. Excellent event and the tickets were only 3 euros each!
