pistachio overload

Am a HUGE fan of pistachios and a bag of the roasted and salted sensations last nanoseconds in this household, especially if the boys are around.
These are locally grown and every Sunday the 'pistachio pair' of lads have a Farmers' Market stall which has now expanded to sweet combinations as well.

Shown here are three different chocolates, rocky road and a brittle that my dentist would faint at the sight of. Not just the sugar BUT the tooth and filling cracking potential.
Maybe that's why it is called brittle!
