Nouvelle cuisine
This is a bit silly, I know. The peas were not even thawed. In case you wonder, it is a slice of Spanish tortilla with a dollop of ketchup. For me, the supermarket torillas pale beside the ones you get in a Spanish tapas bar. At one time, travelling in Andalusia, I existed on tortilla, Cruzcampo, and any kind of fried fish that was available. (Excepting octopus of course.)
