Graham drove me to the pharmacy in Akbuk to get more stuff to help me deal with this horrid cold thingy that has persisted for over a week and now includes bloodshot and itchy eyes. I came home armed with a variety of remedies and supplements which  must be working as later on I found the energy to sit in the garden and enjoy the evening sunshine and a beer with Graham and Kat for an hour. 

And that was Wednesday
