An early start...

...to see Sue and Dave off the premises and wave after the departing ferry...

The forecast suggested the morning would be better for a bike ride, so we set off for Kintra and the beautiful beach. We just about coped without our bike party leader :)

Fond memories of bringing Roy's parents here many years ago - Roy's dad had been stationed here during the war, and wanted to revisit. We stayed near this beach and wandered out most evenings.

Bikes packed up when we got back, before the rain, which arrived to the Met Office minute...
The forecast for tomorrow is poor, so we've decided in advance a car tour is on the itinerary, or a walk if we're lucky...
