Peaceful Fishing

Looking across to Brightlingsea, there are beautiful muddy marshlands leading down to the creek. As high tide subsides, shallow salty pools remain, providing the perfect habitat for the little egret. I watched this beautiful bird fish for quite some time before he suddenly took off and floated gracefully across the water.
