Another day …

Been coughing more, fluid (I think) in ears - they are popping too, and voice has been slightly hoarse since Covid. The intermittent cough’s been getting me down. Have a history of coughs that won’t go away! so called GP. Got antibiotics to take for 5 days.


Was nice to get out in the fine weather to collect the meds. Needed to get out! Staying in bed hasn’t helped the cough anyway. Blip is taken in Westbourne, was late afternoon.

Just having a camomile tea and spoon ogmf good Manuka honey. Hope I’m OK as busy next week.
