Splat

Large choppy conditions out the front of home today. One surfer ran down to take on the conditions (I got a good shot of his enthusiasm). This shot shows what happened to him when he was thrown from the wave. You can just see his foot creating an impact at the bottom left of the image. He is under the impact zone of the wave (about 12 foot high) and his board is to the right. He "popped up" unhurt and paddled in.
