On the Way to Beacon Point

This morning I decided to drive to the other side of town, but found that there were roadworks simply everywhere.  I couldn't park at my usual spot at Bremner Bay, so headed on towards Beacon Point.  This pink blossom tree was growing along the track.  That's Mt Roy in the background.  It is closed at the moment due to lambing.

I have just had a nice walk to the lake and back, so have clocked up 10K steps.  +18C.
