The fort at St Malo

It must be time to head for home; the weather is turning and my electric toothbrush is running low on battery. We drove to St. Malo in rain yesterday. This is a wonderful 'old' city, l say 'old' in speech marks as it is a replica of an old city. In 1944 the city suffered such bombing during World War 2 that over 80% of it was destroyed, the proud people of St Malo rebuilt the city pretty much as it had been before.
