Broadband for the Rural Network is bringing the internet to areas around Cumbria and some other areas. As most areas around here have very poor reception people are signing up in droves.
Today they were running cables across the field next to us in the rain. They do this by cutting a slit in the ground and pulling the cutter across the field laying the cable behind it. You can’t see where the cable has been laid when they have finished.
So after all that excitement I went to my seated exercise class in town.
