Studio for hire

Quite a while ago i was looking at setting up my own studio in the garden well the double shed I could afford , but not the ground works so have found this studio just out side Lincoln and I would have to hire many many times to cover the costs my own place ! It is twice the size you see here with a second set up at the other end , with changing, room, small kitchen, and coffee maker :-)
