I let the hound out; and logged on whilst we both got ourselves into gear for a day out working (me) and a jaunt back to town with the convalescing hound (Her)

A cool start gave way to breaking sweat long before lunchtime as I wound around Leith and EH7.

I managed lunch at Hers and had time to take Loki for a quick whirl aboot the Meadows before my 3pm in Granton and a couple more in the House of Muir.

I popped home to get out of work clothes and off to Her's for home cured salmon pasta - very tasty! A good start to the weekend.

I've blipped this view before; the 4th tallest structure in Edinburgh. It's always a joy to visit there....
