Acorn

Turkish Oak acorn picked up yesterday's walk. It was still in my pocket today. Don't know if I'd known it was a different type if it hadn't been someone talking about it a few weeks ago.

Not confident enough to ID many nature things but this acorn has a rougher effect on the outside of cup than the bumpy bits on other oak. Will have to look at them both together. Leaves are a bit withered to know if any different.
