Sun shining on Fife

The rain was pelting down this morning, but as we drove to parkrun we could see blue sky ahead and, fortunately, we had another fine day for our run. I had missed two weeks because of our Spanish holiday, and wasn’t feeling particularly “up for it” this morning, so it was good to see one of my parkrun buddies who ran round with me, chatting all the way. Result - my best time since June!
