A double rainbow

 ... a full semi-circle and the brightest I've seen for  years. This is the view from our back door! More in Extras. Two days running of gorgeous late afternoon skies!

Until a sudden heavy shower - which created this wonderful sky, while sunshine remained, of course - we'd had a mild, fairly bright day. A little gardening achieved and more unpacking and sorting of stuff from boxes! Also spotted a Red Admiral on the Michaelmas Daisies as well as some bees. And, at last - for a day or two now - birds are visiting our feeding stations.
