It arrived

Think BT and EE have just proved they cannot do customer service. Plan was relaxing breakfast and soak in bath, start bread and go walking for a couple of hours while it proves.
Just started mixing bread and text to say phone being delivered today and the time meant we could not leave when we planned. Never mind we went later and it was dry.
Back on the phone to BT as the contract EE have set up is nothing like I agreed with Bt. Long conversation, not resolved and couldn’t face another call so went for a walk.
Along the river path and gun shots started in the fields so we turned back and took another route as Hetty got very stressed.
Odd before in the next field as there were five or six people just wandering around and looking at the ground, no idea what they were doing.
Got back and the rain really did come down.
Two days into new book and it is not my usual read but so enjoying it, The Salt Path.
As it’s Saturday again about to settle down for an evening of viewing.
