Not Up For The Cup

If I tell you that the half-time “entertainment” at this afternoon’s FA Cup tie between Yeovil and Taunton, which involved two men pushing giant inflatable apples around the pitch chased by our Jolly Green Giant mascot, was marginally more exciting than the match itself you’ll get the idea of how mundane the game was.

It ended in a 0-0 draw which was fair enough as neither side really deserved to win. Given that Taunton play in the league below us, we really ought to have done but we couldn’t hit a barn door, etc.

Chris, Tess & I were back at the Park Run this morning, which was better attended than of late.
