Seed Collector

Yesterday’s storm blew down several sections of fencing and an arbor in our neighbor’s yard. Thankfully we only had a few small branches to pick up. Lots of wet leaves now carpet the ground but most of the trees are not bare! Looks like we’ll get to enjoy the foliage for another week • I watched this cutie race back and forth across the grass with full cheeks. The warm sunny day brought out all the critters, including lots of swarming insects! Boxelder bugs and pumpkin beetles gathered on every warm surface as tiny flying insects filled shafts of afternoon sunlight. Suddenly a frost doesn’t sound so bad :) • Hope y’all are enjoying your Saturday! Happy Weekend!
