And now birthday celebrations too!

We started our day meeting at the pancake place for breakfast. Very extravagant, but it had been recommended so a table for 18 booked at 9.15! I think we all had something pancakey that definitely could not be described as healthy, but was very delicious. Then the younger ones went to the pool and Jon, Jenny, John, Win and I walked to Jenny's Lodge on the opposite side of the park and had coffee. There is so much wildlife, and the deer and squirrels have no fear.

After some confusion over when we were eating, we had lunches then Jon and I drove to the local tesco to buy barbeque type food for a bit of a party tea. Burgers and sausages cooked in the oven to make it easy, but the table was fully laden like a Christmas day tea - for today is Win's birthday.

Henry had been tasked to set up the wii on the TV which he did this afternoon, and we have been having much fun singing for the last 2 of 3 hours. Good old wii sing and everyone has got involved- almost everyone anyway. Henry and Josh are playing billiards or switch in the other room. But it is so nice to all be together and there is something for everyone. It has certainly been a fun filled, musical evening finishing with a rendition of happy birthday to Win/mum/nana.

Tomorrow we will stick to a healthy muesli breakfast, as we are eating out at lunch time.

I wasn't sure about Center Parcs before we came, as it is very expensive, but definitely good to get lots of people together for something special like we have.
