While mighty oaks ascend from thee
You must first spread your roots
Push up soil so sprouts can see,
Avoiding squirrels and boots.

While flights of fancy inspired thee
In theater of wandering mind -
Imagination is grand and free
Sparking notions scientific and sublime.
