Regular Saturday

Day started as a normal Saturday - went to healthy eating group - lost 2.5lbs this week, won slimmer of the week!

Back home, mid morning coffee discussion:
Hubby: what have we got on this weekend
Me: nothing
Hubby: when are we going to see Dawn French?
Me: I think it’s soon, (email checked) - it’s today!

Then I couldn’t find the tickets, usually emailed 2 weeks before the event (that would have reminded me) but I hadn’t received them. Online contact to advise tickets not received and got a response of “we have had some trouble getting through to certain email domains” - as you e guessed, mine was one that had difficulty. Long story short, email arrived (an alternative email given), phew.

Theatre trip was great, it was a stand up evening with Dawn French, where she expresses all the times through her career when she has felt an absolute tw*t. Lots of laughter, such a natural performer. (Spotted Gok Gwan in the audience).
