I was tempted to post the picture of a lady dragging a tyre that has been added to the list of 'things' that I've been overtaken by.

Training for a trek across snow, her walking style was impressive.

I met.up with Emma and Elaine to get a.Y for my 'parkrun alphabet' which is just an extra challenge that I'm tracking for fun.
