The Old Farts Club

D and I had an early start taking Poppy into town to meet Johnnie. We had breakfast in the Ori Cafe at John Lewis which was very good.
This evening we were back in Cambridge to meet up with Ali, James, Ian and Wendy for a Thai in the The Wrestlers. I met Ali when we were 16 at Hills Road Sixth Form College and Ian was one of her school friends. We’ve all been friends ever since. As usual it was great to catch up and we went back to Ali and James’ for drinks afterwards.
D picked Poppy up at 12.30 from her party.
