No1 son and Luna popped in for a visit and we sat outside for a cuppa.
A neighbour’s black cat decided to sit on top of the shed and both dog and cat stared at each other for what seemed hours, without moving a muscle. My old dog would have charged up the garden in the belief that he could jump as high as the roof.
The cat eventually got bored and started to move away and it is only then that Luna barked.
Spent the afternoon packing the water feature away and trimming back some branches. Dead flowers now in the green bin together with all the snails. Empty flower pots washed and put away for another year, all in glorious warm sunshine.
