Copse by Wayfarer's Walk, W of Preston Candover

A pleasant, but also annoying walk. We followed a route on the OS app, but didn't do enough due diligence as half of it was not on public rights of way. Got mildly told off my a farmer.

Back on the bridleway there were lots of off-road motor-bikers - very polite though.

The extra is St Mary the Virgin Old Church in Preston Candover.
"A secluded chancel is all that left of this church after the rest was demolished in 1885. It sits in a lovely churchyard and has medieval tiles, traces of eighteenth-century wall paintings and many memorials. A lancet window dates from its foundation around 1190."
