We're a couple of swells

A dull, wet start to the day and judging by the puddles it had been raining heavily during the night.

By the time I was leaving the church hings had improved and there wasn't a cloud in the sky and the sun was trying very hard to dry up the standing water.

I haven't been to the Heritage Park recently so I had a quick visit before I went home for lunch. The two adult swans had parked themselves on the grass just in front of the car park so there was no need to walk any further for my blip.

A quick lunch then out into the garden .... trimming the edges of the grass at the front and pruning some straggly branches round the back. 
I don't stand on the ladder now unless I have someone to hold it steady so the really high stuff has to be to my gardening boys.
