It went in a blur

Two Sunday's in a row have been difficult with my youngest. It has dominated the day and I eventually got out tonight for a short walk. A dark out of focus photo matches my mood. 
A good sleep will hopefully restore clarity. 
I know there will be setbacks, doesn't make it easy though and the hospital have not been great at communicating which frustrates me.
