La Plata Scarecrow Festival

This afternoon we stopped to see the scarecrows in La Plata. Every year businesses compete for the best scarecrow in town. 
We thought this one from Southern Maryland Foot and Ankle was incredibly clever. The sign says, "Cinderella is proof that a new pair of shoes can change your life."
