Bristol 10k crowd warmup

Irina & I ran the Bristol 10k today, our local race. It was perfect weather, a brilliant atmosphere and well organised as always. Throw into that a very powerful 30 seconds silence before the race started in honour of all those effected by the tragic events at the Boston marathon, and it was an amazing day!

I ran it in 50'06", just missing out on matching my PB, and Irina was catching me fast at the end to finish in 50'37"!

Now for chocolate and bubbles to celebrate... :)
