A glorious sunrise this morning , photo taken around 7.45.  I was up at 7.15 which is super early for me, in order to meet Lyn and Roy who were collecting a car boot full of old bedding I've accumulated here and there, to be used at the dog shelter. Back to bed but I couldn't sleep again so it was a very long, very quiet day of the usual occupations  - social media, television, cats and kittens, tissues and coughing. Still, I am definitely if all too slowly, on the mend and was able to spend a lovely evening with Bev and Nigel, listening to and talking about, his songs and related music conversations and other things.
