We were up before 5 to get the early train to london, and then on to Eurostar to Paris. The journey went as planned.
We found our hotel, and then went out exploring. We went to Sacre Coeur, where the view was amazing, even through the rain. We walked up and down so many hills and steps.
In the evening we went to an Italian restaurant in Bercy Village, near our hotel.
It had been a long day with lots of exercise, so unusually for us, we managed a main and a dessert, and still weren’t overly full!
Back to our hotel for cuppas in bed, watching an episode of Taskmaster.
