The Village

What an amazing day I've had' This morning, for the first time I went to the gym with my granddaughter, K. She took to it like a duck to water .K, is studying for her O levels. She needed a break from all the revising she has been doing.It was so nice to spend time with her exercising her body & not her mind.This afternoon J & I went in search of a blip. We decided to go over Tondu mountain. We had to navigate very narrow lanes,which were really dangerous.They were full of pot-holes & deep ditches either side. Not for the feint hearted.
The blip you see is of the village of Llangynwyd. It has two Public houses / restaurants.The village is steeped in history & we will blip the history at a later date. The church tower is under restoration as you can see. This is best viewed in large. For my friends in the north there is a wee boatie in the bottom left hand corner.
The pubs in question are called , The Corner House, & The Old House. Both have an excellent reputation.
