Water Scavenger Beetle

From the Hydrophilidae family. I have never seen one before, so it was a treat to get this shot. We were at Manor Park Country Park, walking alongside the overgrown and boggy lake. This is apparently the ideal habitat for these creatures (I think the clue might be in the name!).
