Autumn Colours

Lovely day, plenty of sunshine.  I had a swim first thing; the lane was busy so no speed improvement today.

At lunchtime I had my Covid booster and for once the injection hurt.  Saying that it is nothing to the pain I find myself in this evening as it spreads across my upper arm and shoulder.  I'm not sure why, I have had the Moderna vaccine before.  Perhaps the nurse caught a nerve or bone when she injected me.

This is a leaf from our purple acer, now providing lots of colour in the garden.
