Hundertwasser House

Beautiful day. Felt like we'd rolled back into summer, but still got to enjoy autumn foliage.

Packed a fair bit into the day. Walk in Stadtpark. Wandered to Hundertwasser House. Discovered what an Osage orange is, after one fell heavily from a tree in Jesuintweise (Google knew what I meant when I searched for "deciduous tree weird green fruit"). Meandered by fountains and back streets to Belvedere. Delighted by red squirrels in the Botanic Gardens. Went in to Karlskirche then sat outside listening to the bells. Made our way back via Stephansplatz, while the sky darkened and the streetlights lit up.
