Art or graffiti

Back in sunny Scunny today! Sister in Laws last full day before flying back to Greece so we arranged to have lunch. Hubby popped to town to have a haircut and I wondered around and spotted this.

I dont personally like to see graffiti but this stood out. Would love to know how they do it to look so perfect.

Went to see a good friend and needed an early night but thanks to the neighbours dog it ended up being a late night. Barking for hours..... Argh
