Going, Going, Soon To Be Gone........

This tree was in our backyard, when we bought this house in 1998, looking much better than it does right now!  It shaded much of the usable part of the yard and provided much shelter for many birds and squirrels, and even some possums and raccoons.  However, it also hosted some bugs that ate at it and the tree suffered through Snowmaggedon and other lesser storms and winds, all of which took their toll and its life.  So, I did not have to go far for today's Mono Monday challenge of "A Tree, Not The Forest".  I just had to open my back door, which worked out quite well since we had light rain off and on all morning.  The pink border is there to remind you to please click on the link to help fund mammograms for those who cannot afford to pay https://thebreastcancersite.greatergood.com/clicktogive/bcs/home Thanks to V1K1 and AndrewNZ for hosting this month........
