Fly on the rosemary

Another cool and cloudy day so the garden isn't buzzing with tiny critters. Yesterday I saw a jumping spider and today I saw a few hover flies, and this fly with its great compound eyes and iridescent colours, sitting still on the rosemary. I know there are many more insects and spiders out there but they're hiding away, choosing not to party.
