Sunday asado

Argentina is the land of the asado, that open air grill of meat and innards that lies close to all Argentines' hearts. Today's was a modest, home affair with meat and chorizos (sausages), with bread and salad and washed down with a good vino tinto. Siesta optional, but in my case taken.
