Early morning walk from the Pierre de Moelle.
Walking on the frozen snow at 7am this morning, totally alone in the this wonderful world, I saw 8 Tetra Lyre (too far away) but they were displaying and I will go back again. 2 chamois ran down this hillside and, just to the left, one marmot was sunning himself on a rock but disappeared as soon as he saw me. My heart was singing with the joy and privelege of just being there. I was home by 10am!
The snow is melting fast now and there are some areas where you just break through the crust, tricky.
Immerse yourself in the scene.
I DID NOT REALISE THAT I HAD REACHED 365, I THOUGHT IT WAS TOMORROW - SO A HUGE THANKS TO ALL WHO VISIT MY JOURNAL AND WHO HAVE INSPIRED ME TO KEEP GOING THIS FAR WITH THEIR SUPERB PHOTOGRAPHIC SKILLS. I WAS GOING TO GIVE YOU A CLASSIC DENTS DU MIDI AND WRITE MUCH MORE MEANINGFUL THINGS BUT I WILL DO THAT ANOTHER DAY. YOU ALL KNOW I AM AN OFFICIAL ADDICT AND I INTEND TO KEEP BLIPPING TO LEARN FROM THIS COMMUNITY OF WONDERFUL PEOPLE. IT IS NOT JUST PHOTOGRAPHY THAT YOU TEACH EITHER, SO MUCH COMES ACROSS OF YOUR OWN INTIMATE LIVES AND I LOVE THAT.
